For players currently in high school. Must be upgraded to senior Rugby Canada insurance for those eligible to play in senior games.

Introduction to contact rugby for players born 2008, 2009 and 2010. (Age 15 and under). The program involves co-ed training and gendered teams for contact and competitions.
For players born 2011 and 2012. (Age 12 and under) The U12 Flag program will focus on flag rugby, which will be played during competition events with other clubs. During the second half of the season, the Tars program will include an introduction to contact rugby.
For players born 2013 and 2014. (Age 10 and under). This co-ed program involves the continued development of fundamental skills in rugby and flag rugby.
For players born 2015 and 2016 (age 8 and under), this program focuses on the fundamental movements of rugby and introduces flag rugby.
For players born 2017 and 2018 (age 6 and under).
This program focuses on the development of FUNdamental movement skills in rugby and an enjoyment of physical activity.
Parent & Tot program for players born 2019 and 2020 (age 4 and under).
This program focuses on the development of FUNdamental movement skills in rugby and an enjoyment of physical activity. Parent participation on-field is required.
